Smart Care Equipment Solutions is looking for a skilled technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment in Allentown, PA. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a technical field, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial cooking, refrigeration, and specialty equipment
• Partner with manufacturers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Replace parts, recommend system improvements, and deliver excellent customer service
• Follow safety protocols, document service work, and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of hands‑on technical experience (refrigeration, appliance repair, HVAC, military, or similar)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Flexibility to participate in on‑call rotations (nights and weekends)

Preferred Qualifications

• EPA, CFESA, or other technical certifications
• Experience working with commercial kitchen or refrigeration equipment
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Comfortable working at heights and in varying environments
