Job summary

Scorpion Harley-Davidson in Chandler is seeking Service Technicians at all experience levels to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft as needed. You’ll collaborate with an experienced team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe, following OEM procedures with our facility tools.

We offer paid factory training, mentorship from master techs, relocation assistance, and flexible pay ($18-$50 per hour or flag hour).

Qualifications

• Graduated from MMI or similar program, or have real-world mechanical experience.
• 1+ years working as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and ready to learn.
• OEM certifications and master tech experience preferred but not required.
• Must own a basic set of mechanics tools (comprehensive set preferred).
• Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record required for test rides.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft.
• Work with the team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe.
• Follow OEM procedures using specialized tools and resources provided.
• Keep customers riding safely and confidently by delivering quality work.
• Stay current with training and certifications (paid by us).
