Job summary

Busam Ford in Wilmington, Ohio is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to diagnose and repair Ford vehicles with accuracy and efficiency. You’ll perform maintenance per factory schedules, use the latest diagnostic equipment, and communicate repair needs clearly to service advisors while upholding safety and quality standards.

We are a family-owned dealership investing in our people and a brand-new facility.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive technician experience required.
• Ford experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver's license
• Dependable, motivated, and committed to producing quality work.
• Someone who values teamwork and takes pride in helping build a great culture.
