Job summary

Plunkett's is seeking a Service Technician to own a defined route, deliver pest control services to homes and businesses, and build lasting client relationships. You will inspect properties, treat pests, and look for opportunities to grow your route through sales.

Training will support licensing and success in a family-owned, supportive team. You set your schedule with flexible hours and receive a full benefits package, including training, licenses, and a path to career growth in a stable

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license.
• Comfortable with physical outdoor work.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly.

Training Pay is $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour + Uncapped Sales Incentives!

What You Bring

• Comfortable talking with customers and selling services
• Self-starter who thrives working independently

• Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
• Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license

Bonus points: Experience in route sales, account management, or customer service.

Physical requirements: Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs). Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.
