Job summary

Tntx, Llc is seeking a skilled heavy-duty technician to diagnose and repair Class 5-8 vehicles and RVs per OEM and company policies.

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate repairs, timely completion, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and adhering to OSHA safety standards while supporting shop efficiency and proper warranty processing.

Preferred qualifications include an associate degree, CDL, clean MVR, and owning your own tools to support on-site work.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Heavy Duty/Medium duty repair techniques.
• Ability to learn company standards, warranty procedures, and vehicle policies.
• Customer service oriented.
• Associate’s degree from a two year college or trade school.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair assigned vehicles in an accurate and timely manner.
• Verify repair is complete and fixes original customer complaint.
• Notify shop foreman of other potential issues associated with vehicle.
• Punches in and out of job costing program to ensure accurate time billed to customer.
• Mindful of maintaining customer’s vehicle cleanliness at all times while working on vehicle.
• Works to achieve company efficiency standards.
• Ensures warranty parts are returned to proper department for processing.
• Follows all established OSHA and company safety protocol to include keeping work station neat, clean, and free of debris.
