This entry-level position requires hands-on experience in diagnostics, repairs, and vehicle maintenance. You will be responsible for performing inspections, diagnosing concerns, and executing repairs to ensure customer satisfaction. Candidates should have previous technician experience, ideally with Ford vehicles, and possess strong diagnostic skills. Qualifications

• Previous automotive technician experience required.
• Ford experience required.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders and complete work efficiently and accurately.
• Diagnose customer concerns and recommend/perform repairs.
• Perform inspections on vehicle systems.
• Conduct test drives and utilize diagnostic tools.
• Estimate time requirements for repairs.
• Estimate time requirements for repairs and assist in scheduling.
• Execute repairs under manufacturer warranty specifications.
• Complete multi‑point inspections to identify safety issues or upcoming repairs.
• Perform general maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and tune‑ups.
• Use power tools safely and in compliance with dealership standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose customer concerns and recommend/perform appropriate repairs.
• Perform inspections and repairs on various vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and alignment.
• Conduct test drives and utilize diagnostic tools and special equipment.
• Work with the parts department and service advisors to communicate vehicle status and additional service needs.
• Estimate time requirements for repairs and assist in scheduling.
• Execute repairs under manufacturer warranty specifications.
• Complete multi‑point inspections to identify safety issues or upcoming repairs.
• Perform general maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and tune‑ups.
