Job summary

• Maintain service records and update customers on repairs.

Job description

Immediately hiring Service Technicians for a large commercial vehicle wash company in San Antonio. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial vehicle wash equipment for customers such as car washes, auto dealerships, rental car agencies, municipalities, school districts, and fleet operators.

Pay is $25-$38/hr. based on experience.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.

Will be on call rotation every other weekend.

Duties:

• Install and commission car wash equipment and support systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, including:
  • Lubricating moving parts.
  • Inspecting motors and pumps.
  • Checking electrical components.
  • Verifying chemical concentrations.
  • Inspecting water treatment equipment.
• Diagnose and repair:
  • Electrical systems.
  • Mechanical components.
  • Pumps and motors.
  • Wash brushes and conveyors.
  • Chemical dispensing systems.
  • Water softeners, reverse osmosis (RO), and water reclaim systems.
• Respond to customer service calls and minimize equipment downtime.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and replace worn or defective parts.
• Maintain service records and communicate repair recommendations to customers.
