Camping World seeks a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join a growing team. You will diagnose and repair RV systems, generators, and coach components, applying advanced mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC skills.

The role requires hands-on expertise, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while keeping supervisor informed. Camping World supports certification and offers on-the-job training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Trade school or college certification in a relevant trade is helpful.
• Minimum 1 year service technician experience preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor informed of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area for customers and coworkers.

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) for our growing team.We are ideally looking for someone with advanced diagnostic and repair skills for Recreational Vehicle (RV) coach systems, generators and coach body repairs. Someone who is passionate about fixing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance problems would be ideal. A successful Recreational Vehicle (RV) Technician will have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated and well-versed in all maintenance and repairs. Camping World will pay to certify individuals not already certified.
