Job summary

DEX Imaging is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain office equipment at customer sites. You’ll perform installs, preventive maintenance, and provide top-notch on-site customer service while keeping detailed service records.

Ideal candidates have mechanical aptitude, strong communication, and the ability to manage time and travel within the assigned area. Training is provided for right backgrounds in related mechanical fields.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and routine service calls
• Install and configure equipment at customer locations
• Provide excellent customer support during onsite visits
