Job summary

Orkin LLC is seeking a motivated individual to join our pest-control team in Ohio. No prior pest control experience is required; we offer a paid, award-winning training program to help you succeed and grow within the company.

Expect hands-on work installing pest protection systems, attic/crawlspace services, and light carpentry. A valid driver's license and ability to obtain a pesticide license are required, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid training).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics or crawlspaces.
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions, confined spaces, and on roofs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Light carpentry work.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain company equipment and complete reports via handheld device.

What You’ll Do:

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
