• Maintain an unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, strong communication skills, and excellent customer service.
• Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and in accordance with manufacturer and dealership requirements.
• Test drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Accurately diagnose and repair vehicles to manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Maintain good teamwork within the department and effective communication with service advisors and parts staff.
• Document all steps of repairs properly in compliance with manufacturer standards.
• Use the dealer’s computer system properly and complete all manufacturer training requirements.
