Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $19.00/hr

Primary Function: As a Service Technician, you will test, clean, repair, reassemble and calibrate pipettes to ensure they are conforming to our quality standards and are ready for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mechanical and electronic measurements, record results, and inspect serviced pipettes against established quality and performance parameters.
• Reassemble and calibrate pipettes to meet manufacturer standards, ensuring all repair work meets necessary guidelines.
• Prioritize orders and expediting them through our database system, following customer-specific order requests.
• Focus on meeting our service levels and turnaround time commitments, which may include working overtime as needed.
• Complete all related reports and data entry into our automated system.

Qualifications

• Good mechanical aptitude and ability to disassemble and reassemble small precision mechanical instruments.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal (English) communication skills.
• Good computer skills; will be inputting data.
