Job summary

Total Security in New York is seeking a full-time CCTV, access control and low voltage specialist with strong IT networking knowledge. You will troubleshoot, mount cameras, install access control/intercoms and handle related low voltage security tasks.

The role covers work across all five boroughs and New Jersey. Five years' experience is required; familiarity with major camera brands is preferred, and commission is offered on upsells with a focus on reliable, professional service.

Qualifications

• 5 Years (Required) experience in CCTV, access control or low voltage security systems.
• Strong IT networking knowledge is a MUST and must be able to troubleshoot independently.
• Self-sufficient in problem solving and able to call manufacturers for technical support.
• Professional and positive attitude with reliability and friendliness.

Responsibilities

• Install and service IP cameras across sites; perform mounting and wiring tasks.
• Manage access control systems and intercoms; handle alarm-related duties as needed.
• Coordinate with manufacturers for technical support when required.

Our security company is looking for a full-time experienced CCTV, Access Control, Low Voltage Specialist. Strong IT Networking is A MUST! Experience with troubleshooting & mounting cameras, access control/intercoms and all other aspects of low voltage security. Candidate must be self-sufficient in problem solving/troubleshooting. Candidate must be willing and able to call manufacturers for technical support assistance. Candidate must be an extremely motivated individual, reliable, friendly and must have a professional and positive attitude.

We are very busy and have work throughout all the five boroughs, as well as New Jersey.
