Job summary

High Tide Oil Company, Inc is seeking a multi-skilled service technician in Moody, AL. You will install, maintain and repair fuel dispensers, storage tanks, submersible pumps and site controllers. The work blends electronic, plumbing and mechanical tasks and often outdoors.

Experience in oil/fueling industry required; must be self-directed and able to communicate with customers and coworkers. Full-time with competitive pay and benefits, including insurance and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Must have some previous experience with plumbing, electrical, and mechanical in a commercial setting.
• Must be able to handle all scopes of maintenance.
• Good communication skills - able to interact with a variety of people.
• Must be self directed and able to work independently when opportunities arise.
• Ability to work with various hand and power tools.
• Basic computer experience.
• Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• High standards for appearance and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair fuel dispensers, underground and above ground storage tanks, submersible pumps, and site controllers.
• Service station cash register consoles and monitoring equipment.
• Perform a mix of electronic, plumbing and mechanical tasks in fuel facilities, stations and marinas.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Job description

High Tide Oil Company, Inc is currently hiring for a multi - skilled service technician. This person will install, maintain and repair: fuel dispensers, underground and above ground storage tanks, submersible fuel pumps, service station site controllers, cash register consoles, tank and line monitoring equipment and various other types of equipment found in Fuel Facilities, Convenience Gas Stations and Marinas.

Work includes equal portions of electronic, plumbing and mechanical work.

A significant portion of the work is done outdoors in all weather conditions.

Must have previous experience in the oil and fueling industry
