Job summary

A leading car service company in Minnesota is seeking dedicated service professionals to join their booming department. Candidates should be able to perform automotive repairs efficiently, diagnose issues, and maintain high standards of customer service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a complete tool set and a high school diploma. Experience in a GM Service Department is preferred but not required. Competitive pay and ongoing training will be offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a GM Service Department is a plus.

• Must operate electronic diagnostic equipment.

What We’re Looking For

Mosaic Auto Group is looking for dedicated service professionals to help grow our booming service department and provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.

Responsibilities

• Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
• Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning
• Communicates directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
