Job summary

New Hampshire WaterCare is seeking an on-site technician to install and service residential water treatment systems. You will perform installations, testing, and troubleshooting, while delivering professional customer support and guidance on system performance.

A strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork are essential for success. Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED and be able to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, hands-on, and customer-focused with technical expertise.
• Install/maintain residential water treatment systems (filtration, purification, softening).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot systems on-site.
• Collaborate with clients to assess needs and recommend solutions.
• Follow written/verbal directions and procedures; lift heavy equipment.

Who You Are

• Ability to install and maintain residential water treatment systems, includingfiltration, purification, softening, and other related equipment.
• Strong Mechanical aptitude
• Willing to collaborate with clients to assess their water treatment needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Perform on-site visits to conduct installations, ensuring proper placement and connection of equipment.
• Possess knowledge to test and troubleshoot systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a professional, friendly attitude.
• Capable of following written or verbal direction and documented procedures.
• Physical capability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in various environments.
• Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required.
• High School diploma/GED.
• Able to pass a back round check
• Pay scaling depending on filtration/plumbing experience
• 3+ Years Plumbing experience desired
