Job summary

Allegion Canada Inc. is seeking a Service Technician for the Vallejo, CA region. You will perform scheduled preventive maintenance on a variety of access equipment under contract, ensuring reliability and safety on site.

You will build strong customer relations and stay current with industry developments, while supporting contract retention and service quality. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and relevant technical certifications or degrees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver’s license without restrictions.
• Associates Degree in related electrical, mechanical, industrial field preferred.
• AAADM Certification or related certification is a plus.
• Prior construction or electrical field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and/or routine preventive maintenance on equipment and systems under contract.
• Promote, build, and maintain good customer relations and assist with contract retention.
• Maintain knowledge of industry changes and new developments in products and technology.
