Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance, site organization, and repairs on core fountain and site systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues across high- and low-voltage electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and plumbing infrastructure.
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial control equipment including PLCs, VFDs, servers, motors, pumps, and power distribution.
  • Support site data, audio, safety, and communication networks to ensure daily operation.
  • Safely operate and adapt to varying site conditions and urgent tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications


  • Technical Literacy: Ability to read, interpret, and work from electrical schematics, construction drawings, and system diagrams

  • Autonomy & Leadership: Strong self-starter with proven leadership skills, able to work independently with minimal oversight while remaining proactive across all active projects

  • Organization & Time Management: Excellent planning, time management, and prioritization skills to manage competing project demands efficiently

  • Communication & Reporting: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of providing clear daily status reports and shift briefings

  • Teamwork & Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with the interpersonal skills required to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams or work solo when needed


Day-to-Day Duties


  • System Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, site organization, and unexpected repairs on core fountain and site systems

  • Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues across high and low-voltage electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and plumbing infrastructure

  • Control & Automation Oversight: Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial control equipment, including PLCs, VFDs, servers, motors, pumps, and power distribution systems

  • AV & Communications Support: Support site data, audio, safety, and communication networks to ensure seamless daily system operation

  • Condition Adaptability: Safely operate and adapt under a wide variety of site conditions, physical environments, and urgent task requirements
