You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade a variety of sliding, swinging, and rotating doors while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.**Key Responsibilities:*** Perform planned maintenance, break-fix repair, and upgrades of automated pedestrian doors at customer locations.* Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving electro-mechanical devices, electrical circuits, and relay logic.* Work with aluminum frames, glazing materials, hardware, and low-voltage wiring.* Maintain professional communication with customers, end-users, and contractors, providing exceptional service at every interaction.* Participate in on-call rotations after certification and training.* Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, positioning, and installing door components weighing up to 110 pounds (with lifting aids) on an occasional basis, with or without reasonable accommodation; climbing ladders, kneeling, driving and working in various positions as required.**What You Will Need:*** Mechanical aptitude with experience in repairing electro-mechanical devices.* Must meet the minimum age requirement of 21 due to job‐related responsibilities.* Must be able to successfully obtain AAADM certification within twelve (12) months of employmentand maintain certification as required* Knowledge of basic electrical circuits and low-voltage (120v) wiring (access control systems a plus)* Experience in glazing, storefronts, aluminum frames, and hardware (preferred).* Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.* Ability to lift, bend, and use power tools effectively.**What We Offer:****Comprehensive Benefits*** Health, dental, and vision plans* 401(k) with company matching* Short- and long-term disability, life, accident insurance* 15 PTO days and 12 paid holidays**We are the ASSA ABLOY Group** Our people have made us the global leader in access solutions.
