ADT is seeking a Residential Service Technician to troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct and program existing security and site automation solutions. You will service fire and CO detection, networking, hosted video, and access control.

Responsibilities include testing signals with central monitoring, following wired/wireless procedures, and helping customers understand protection in their own homes or businesses. A valid driver’s license and high school diploma are required.

• You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, working closely with customers and coworkers.
• This role involves providing solutions by visiting customers at their homes or businesses.

Pay and Benefits Disclosure

The pay range for this role is $17.75- $32.9740.85 an hour and is based on experience and qualifications. We offer employees access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k)plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off among others. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
