S&K Building Services is hiring for a physically demanding, hands-on role that moves you across ground level, lifts, and high-rise projects. You’ll learn on day one, operate water-fed poles and pressure washing gear, and deliver high-quality exterior cleaning for diverse buildings with safety as a priority.

Ideal candidates are reliable, team players with good communication and a readiness to work outdoors in changing conditions. Indianapolis area opportunity with weekly pay and room to grow.

Qualifications

• Training provided from day one.
• Comfortable working at heights and active all day.
• Hands-on, hardworking and reliable.
• Valid driver’s license required with clean record.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality window cleaning with professional techniques.
• Operate water-fed poles and pressure washing systems.
• Work on ladders, lifts, and rope descent systems for high-rise projects.
• Transform buildings with exterior cleaning and care.
• Set up, maintain, and break down equipment.
• Provide excellent service and communicate with clients.
• Keep vehicles and gear organized and safe.
• Attend weekly safety meetings and follow safety standards.

What You'll Do

• Deliver crystal-clear results with professional window cleaning techniques
• Operate water-fed poles, pressure washing systems, and specialized equipment
• Work on ladders, lifts, and even rope descent systems for high-rise projects
• Transform buildings with window cleaning, pressure washing, and exterior care
• Set up, maintain, and break down equipment like a pro
• Provide standout service and communicate confidently with clients
• Keep vehicles and gear clean, organized, and ready to go
• Maintain top safety standards and participate in weekly safety meetings

Who You Are

• No experience? No problem-we train you from day one
• Comfortable working at heights and staying active all day
• Hands-on, hardworking, and take pride in doing things right
• Reliable, professional, and a strong communicator
• A true team player who shows up ready to contribute
• Able to handle physical work (lifting up to 60 lbs)
• Adaptable-ready to work indoors and outdoors in changing conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus
