Job summary

Hireology is seeking a skilled auto technician to join our dealership service team in Georgia. You will perform repairs, run diagnostics, and ensure quality workmanship for every vehicle.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and customer service while maintaining high repair standards and a fast, efficient service flow. We offer premium pay, relocation support, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of experience as an auto technician or similar role.
• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Fast, eager learner and team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Proficient with computer systems and willingness to learn new problems.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor to inform customers of needed additional service.
• Provide estimates of time required for additional repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed
• Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

REQUIREMENTS
