Omega Pest Solution is seeking dedicated pest control technicians in Fayetteville, GA. The role offers full-time or part-time positions with a stable schedule (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) and opportunities to advance as you train toward licensure.

Compensation starts with training at $100 per day, increasing to $175 per day after obtaining your license within 30 days. Benefits include health insurance after 90 days, paid time off, and a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing training as provided by Omega Pest Solution.
• Lift up to 40 lbs regularly as part of field duties.
• Deliver excellent customer service in residential and commercial settings.
• Conduct thorough interior and exterior inspections to locate pests.
• Treat perimeters of homes and structures for common pests.
• Set traps for rodents and safely remove wasp/hornet/bee nests.
• Seal entry points to hinder pest ingress.
• Recommend additional products and services to improve pest control outcomes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay on schedule and assist others.

Job Responsibilities

• Pass on-going training, provided by Omega Pest Solution
• Be able to lift 40 lbs. regularly
• Provide EXCELLENT customer service
• Conducting thorough interior and exterior inspections to locate pest
• Spraying perimeter of homes and structures for termites, ants, cockroaches and other insects
• Setting traps for rodents
• Safely and efficiently removing wasp, hornet and bee nest
• Covering holes and cracks with foam, mesh and wood to hinder rodent and insect entry
• Recommending additional products and services for effective pest control
• Be a team player to assist other technicians who fall behind to catch up

Job Type and Pay

• Full Time and Part Time positions available
• $100 per day for training.
• Once you become a license technician within 30 days of hire, the pay increases to $175 per day.
