Ambient Enterprises is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to install, maintain and repair commercial HVAC systems in Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana. The role requires performing startups, maintenance, warranty and emergency repairs with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HVAC, a valid driver's license, and hands-on knowledge of boilers and chilled water systems.

We are looking to hire a detail-orientedHVAC Technicianto install, maintain and repair commercial HVAC systems. The HVAC technician will be skilled in starting, adjusting, and repairing systems. You will be responsible for the mechanical systems from installation to end-of-life by performing quality startups, maintenance, warranty, and emergency repairs. Servicing areas of Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana.

• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
• Working knowledge of boiler systems.
• Working Knowledge of chilled water systems.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice.
• Proper clothing and prepared to work outside all year long.
• Personal hand tools.

Pay: Dependent on experience (salary range: $50-$57 an hour plus bonus opportunities and benefits)
