Job description

The purpose of the Service Technician is to perform routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures at our stores and other facilities.

Duties

• Performs minor (and assists with) major repairs of all buildings and equipment.
• Performs preventive maintenance procedures on equipment on a scheduled basis.
• Completes daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
• Installs electrical wiring and equipment; new electrical services, wiring during remodeling”活动 during remodeling projects; replaces and repairs wiring as needed.
• Repairs electrical equipment and control circuits; replaces faulty electrical switches; interesses refrigeration equipment.
• Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required.
• May obtain estimates for supplies, repair parts; orders parts as needed.
• Performs all other tasks, as required by supervisor.

Qualifications

2-3 years of service technician experience, including, but not limited to, electrical and plumbing.
