Plunkett's – Own Your Route – Set Your Schedule – Grow Without Limits is hiring a Service Technician to manage a defined service route in the Dumas area of Texas. You will provide pest control services to homes and businesses, inspect properties, and build lasting customer relationships while planning efficient daily routes.

The role offers flexible scheduling, training to earn licenses, and uncapped sales incentives.

At Plunkett's, our technicians do more than treat pests. They solve problems and help customers feel safe and comfortable. As a Service Technician, you'll manage your own route, provide pest control services, and build strong customer relationships. This Route services Dumas, Amarillo, Cactus, and the surrounding areas.

Training Pay is $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour + Uncapped Sales Incentives!

What You Bring

Bonus points: Experience in route sales, account management, or customer service.

Physical requirements: Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs). Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.
