No experience? Training provided from day one. You’ll work outdoors in varying conditions, maintain equipment, and grow with ongoing training and real career opportunities.

• Comfortable working at heights and staying active all day

• Able to handle physical work (lifting up to 60 lbs)
• Adaptable—ready to work indoors and outdoors in changing conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean record

Responsibilities

• Deliver crystal-clear results with professional window cleaning techniques
• Operate water-fed poles, pressure washing systems, and specialized equipment
• Work on ladders, lifts, and rope descent systems for high-rise projects
• Transform buildings with window cleaning, pressure washing, and exterior care
• Set up, maintain, and break down equipment like a pro
• Provide standout service and communicate confidently with clients
• Keep vehicles and gear clean, organized, and ready to go
• Maintain top safety standards and participate in weekly safety meetings
