TradePosted, a division of Posted Companies, is seeking dependable Service Technicians to travel nationwide and perform maintenance on food and beverage equipment, HVAC coils, pressure washing, and general facility upkeep.

This full-time role involves 40–50 hour weeks, potential overnight travel, and lifting up to 75 lbs. You will work independently with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service while representing the company in the field.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel nationwide (100%).
• Minimum age 25 (insurance requirement).
• Valid state driver’s license (subject to continuous review).
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening.
• Must be able to travel up to 2 weeks at a time.
• Willingness to assist with additional tasks as business needs evolve.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance services including food and beverage equipment, HVAC coil cleaning, pressure washing, and general facility maintenance.
• Assist with site supervision, furniture removal/installation and painting as needed.
• Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements and OSHA ladder safety rules.
• Prioritize customer needs while managing workload independently.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver high-quality service.
• Maintain organization and upkeep of tools, equipment, vehicles, and warehouses.
• Operate and maintain a company vehicle following safety guidelines.

Compensation & Benefits

• $21+/ hour(based on experience)
• $59 per diem for every overnight travel day

Position Overview

As a Service Technician, you will travel to customer sites, within and outside of the Colorado market, to perform a variety of maintenance services. Once trained, you’ll work independently while representing the company professionally in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of Maintenance Services, including:
