Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC) Housing Program is hiring a Service Technician for full-time (35 hours per week). The primary location is LHDC Spencer County, with occasional assignments at other LHDC housing sites.

Responsibilities

• Grounds maintenance and yard work
• Cleaning and preparing rental units
• Light plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor repairs
• Work well with the public and maintain a safe environment

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Experience or training in grounds maintenance and residential maintenance preferred
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
• Ability to travel locally and out of area as needed
• Pass required background checks
