Job summary

Screenmobile is seeking a Service Technician in Cincinnati to be the face of the company, installing or repairing window and patio screens for residential and commercial customers. You will communicate estimates, measure and install, collect payments, and help maintain materials and equipment.

Candidates should be comfortable with hand tools, have a valid license, and be willing to drive a truck with a trailer. Tablet-based tech skills and strong customer service are essential.

Responsibilities

We are the leading company in installing and repairing window, door, patio and porch screens for both residential and commercial customers. We also sell and install outdoor retractable screens and shades. The Screenmobile system is backed by 35 years of experience, with 113 locations nationwide and growing. As a Service Technician you will be the “face” of the company with in person interactions. You will produce, install or repair screening products for our customers.

This position is right for you if you are hardworking and willing to learn. You will need to be comfortable interacting with customers, be professional and punctual, as well as have experience working with tools and a basic understanding of technology.

Responsibilities

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to stand, use hands and fingers, talk, and hear.
• Occasionally required to sit, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb ladders.
• Able to sit/stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, and move it unaided 50 feet.
• Able to work outside.
