Qualifications

• Previous technician experience preferred, but entry-level with strong mechanical aptitude will be considered.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, and/or PWCs.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Motorcycle endorsement or ability to obtain one.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Strong communication and a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with new technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tires, filters, etc.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issues
• Complete service and repair work with accuracy and pride
• Work on ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, and PWCs
• Perform 2-stroke & 4-stroke engine repair, teardown, and rebuild work
• Remove/replace engine, frame, and body components
• Inspect vehicles and identify recommended services
• Create labor and parts estimates
• Operate equipment including the eddy dynamometer
• Conduct test rides and performance tests
• Deliver an excellent customer experience by explaining repairs in an easy-to-understand way
• Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean, professional workspace

What You’ll Do

Requirements
