Job summary

Morgan Properties' Reserve at Southpointe in Canonsburg, PA is hiring a Service Technician responsible for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, painting and general apartment maintenance to keep homes welcoming and well‑maintained.

You will handle service requests, prepare units for new residents, assist with grounds and common areas, and participate in on‑call rotations. At least 1 year of maintenance experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of maintenance, trade, or related experience.
• Experience with apartment maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general repairs preferred.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Tackle maintenance challenges including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, painting and general apartment maintenance.
• From completing service requests and preparing apartment homes for new residents to helping maintain grounds and common areas, you’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding living experience.

What We're Looking For:
