Job summary

Champion Mechanical in Fort Worth/Benbrook, TX is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain residential and light commercial systems. You will work in the field, communicate options clearly to customers, and represent the company with professionalism on every job.

Qualified applicants have hands-on HVAC service experience, a valid driver’s license, and excellent customer service skills.

Qualifications

Experience diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
EPA certification preferred or required, depending on role

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair air conditioning and heating system issues
Perform HVAC inspections, service calls, and maintenance work
Troubleshoot system performance, airflow, electrical, refrigerant, and mechanical problems
Communicate repair options clearly and professionally to customers
Complete work accurately, safely, and efficiently
