Job summary

Central Ag Supply Inc. of Juneau & Baraboo seeks Service / Installation Technicians to install, service, and troubleshoot advanced dairy, robotic, and refrigeration systems on-site.

You’ll join a rotating 24/7 on‑call team, learn from manufacturers, and build expertise across robotics, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and welding while delivering reliable customer service to farmers.

Qualifications

• Curiosity and strong mechanical/technical ability.
• Willingness to learn dairy systems and cow physiology.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Professionalism, reliability, teamwork.
• Mechanical: 1 year.

Entry Experience

Entry Level to Proficient in the Ag Industry or Service Trades.

• Join a rotating 24/7 on‑call team for emergency repairs
• Analyze system performance to keep high‑tech dairy operations running smoothly
• Build expertise in robotics, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and welding
• Train directly with manufacturers & industry pros
