Job summary

American Residential Services (ARS) is a nationwide leader in residential HVAC, with Florida Home Air Conditioning as a key operating unit. This on-site role is based around the Middleburg, FL area, offering stable full-time work, competitive pay, plus a robust benefits package.

You will troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems, work with homeowners, and pursue career growth within a trusted national provider. EPA certification and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA certification or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning units.
• Perform HVAC repairs, service calls, and preventative maintenance.
• Identify system issues and recommend heating and air conditioning solutions.
• Ensure all service work meets company standards and local code requirements.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about system performance and repairs.
• Deliver professional customer service while completing HVAC service and repair work.
