Job summary

Trek Store Beverly Hills is hiring a Service Technician/Advisor to care for bicycles and keep riders on the road. You’ll troubleshoot repairs, service bikes on the spot, and install accessories customers choose for their new bike.

You’ll also get hands on with brand new models before they hit the sales floor and build relationships with customers who trust you to keep their gear running flawlessly. This role closely supports the Service Manager and you are the face of the department when they’re

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair bicycles on the shop floor.
• Service bikes on-site and install requested accessories.
• Interact with customers and explain repairs and products clearly.
• Be the face of the service department when the Service Manager is unavailable.
• Build relationships with customers to earn trust and encourage repeat visits.

Summary

As a Trek Service Technician/Advisor, no one day is the same as the last. This job is all about caring for bikes so their owners love riding them. You’ll troubleshoot repairs and service all kinds of bikes on the spot and install the awesome accessories customers select for their new bike! You’ll also be the first to have your hands on brand new models before they hit the sales floor. Most importantly, you’ll build relationships with people who trust you to keep their gear running flawlessly. This role closely supports the Service Manager. When the Service Manager is not available, you are the face of the department to customers.
