Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, is hiring Service Technicians to install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. You'll work in a field service environment, either independently or in small teams, serving as a technical resource for customers and our sales force while providing excellent customer service.

This role requires welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, plus the ability to lift up to 100 pounds and

Qualifications

• Experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Prior experience in repair or installation of industrial equipment is preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and have a clean driving record.
• DOT physical required.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Rite-Hite Service Technicians

Will install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. In addition, Service Technicians act as a technical resource for our customers and our sales force. This position works independently or in small teams in a field service environment, and is a primary customer contact.

Required Experience

Rite-Hite sells the best and we hire the best. This position requires experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Prior experience in the repair or installation of industrial equipment is preferred. Selected candidate must be able to work independently in a field environment. Good customer service skills are required. This position requires the ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds. As this position requires driving a company vehicle, a pre-employment drug test and clean driving record are required, as is a DOT physical.
