Job summary

Arbon Equipment is seeking a Rite-Hite Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer sites in Utah. The role requires welding and expertise with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, plus the ability to work outdoors and lift up to 100 pounds. Independent field work and customer-facing duties are core elements.

Qualifications

• Experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Prior experience in repair or installation of industrial equipment preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a field environment.
• Good customer service skills required.
• Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.
• DOT physical and pre-employment drug test required; clean driving record.

Job Description:

Rite-Hite Service Technicians will install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. In addition, Service Technicians act as a technical resource for our customers and our sales force. This position works independently or in small teams in a field service environment, and is a primary customer contact.

Required Experience:

• This position requires experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Prior experience in the repair or installation of industrial equipment is preferred.
• Selected candidate must be able to work independently in a field environment.
• Good customer service skills are required.
• This position requires the ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.
• As this position requires driving a company vehicle, a pre-employment drug test and clean driving record are required, as is a DOT physical.
