Job summary

Rite-Hite is seeking a Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. You will be a primary customer contact and act as a technical resource for customers and the sales force in a field service setting.

The role requires the ability to work independently or in small teams, and involves field work outdoors, heights, and lifting up to 100 pounds. A pre-employment drug test, clean driving record, and DOT physical are required.

Qualifications

• Experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Prior experience in the repair or installation of industrial equipment is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a field environment.
• Good customer service skills are required.
• Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.
• As this position requires driving a company vehicle, a pre-employment drug test and clean driving record are required, as is a DOT physical.
