Travel

This is a high‑travel position, so it is best for someone who enjoys being on the road and who has no travel restrictions. Able and willing to travel overnight approximately three weeks per month- no exceptions. You can expect overnight out‑of‑town travel approximately three weeks out of four, typically Monday through Thursday nights. One week will be worked in Brunswick, the other three will involve travel to Florida, South Carolina and/or other parts of Georgia.

In addition to your regular hourly pay:

Your Job:

As a Service Technician, you will travel to commercial customer locations such as Walmart, Walgreens, Dollar General, and other facilities throughout your assigned region.

Your work will include:

• Following an assigned service route and completing scheduled customer visits.
• Performing HVAC filter service and preventive maintenance.
• Removing and replacing filters, cleaning housings, inspecting equipment, and checking airflow and filter fit.
• Working on commercial HVAC systems, including equipment located on rooftops.
• Loading, unloading, and organizing filters, tools, and supplies.
• Using a smartphone and mobile applications to document completed work.
• Providing service coverage throughout your assigned region.

Required Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Able and willing to travel overnight approximately three weeks per month- no exceptions. You can expect overnight out‑of‑town travel approximately three weeks out of four, typically Monday through Thursday nights. One week will be worked in Brunswick, the other three will involve travel to Florida, South Carolina and/or other parts of Georgia.
• Must be able to take the company vehicle home.
• Comfortable working independently and spending significant time driving.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 36 feet using an extension ladder.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools.
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications.
• Able to work early morning schedules and overtime when required.
• Able to pass required background, drug/alcohol, driving record, and customer screenings.

Experience:

You do not need HVAC experience. Candidates with backgrounds in the following areas often have skills that transfer well to this position:

• Pest control
• Cable or internet installation
• Roofing
• Construction
• Facility maintenance
• Warehouse or other physical work
• Commercial or industrial maintenance

Physical & Work Environment

This is an active, field‑based position performed at commercial, industrial, retail, and school customer locations. Work is performed both indoors and outdoors and may involve heat, cold, dust, noise, ladders, rooftops, and other maintenance‑related conditions.

The position requires frequent standing, walking, driving, bending, reaching, and handling tools, as well as occasional climbing, crawling, kneeling, squatting, pushing, and pulling. Employees must be able to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds and use required PPE. This is a full‑time route position with early morning starts, significant overnight travel, and overtime based on business needs.
