Job summary

Michaels Grandville store is seeking a Service Team Member- Stocking to help customers locate products, provide friendly service, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining organized, in-stock aisles across the store.

The role involves assisting with omni‑channel processes (BOPIS, SFS), merchandising, planograms, and safety programs. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred; evenings and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout with proper cash handling.
• Engage customers in loyalty and rewards programs and enroll them where applicable.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey and collect feedback.
• Participate in omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Unloading trucks, stocking, and executing planograms (POGs).
• Maintain in-stock levels and merchandise recovery through returns/go-backs and store recovery tasks.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs in alignment with SOPs.
