Job summary

Michaels is hiring a part-time Service Team Member at the Alexandria, LA store. You will deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, handle checkout transactions, and participate in truck unloading and stocking duties to keep the floor well-merchandised and in stock.

The role involves assisting with omnichannel processes (BOPIS, SFS), maintaining store recovery standards, and supporting safety and SOP compliance. Evening/weekend shifts are common.

Qualifications

Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.
