Job summary

The Michaels Companies is hiring a Service Team Member for our San Antonio store (10am - 5pm). You will help customers shop, provide solutions, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You’ll handle unloading trucks, stocking, and planograms to keep shelves in stock and merchandised, while promoting our rewards program and participating in omni-channel processes such as BOPIS and SFS. Preference given to retail or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers locate products.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and execute cash handling to standards.
• Assist with unloading trucks and stocking, planograms, and store recovery to keep the store in-stock and merchandised.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments; educate about VOC surveys.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS, Ship From Store) and participate in SISO/AD set duties.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; interact respectfully and be a positive role model.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production; complete other duties as assigned.
