Job summary

Michaels is looking for a Service Team Member to join our Plymouth, MA store. You will help customers, maintain stock, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

The role includes unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and participating in planogram processes to keep the store well merchandised. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product locations, enrolling shoppers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, and supporting omni-channel tasks such as BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Comfort with cash handling and checkout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and help them locate products.

Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.
