Job description

**Service Team Leader - Midland, TX 79706**

Must-Haves

  • Minimum of an Associate's degree or relevant years of experience, preferably in Power generation.
  • 6+ years of commercial generator experience, including inspection, maintenance, and repair.
  • Experience with Commercial/Industrial generators.
  • Willing to work in a shop environment.
  • Experience managing direct reports, such as technicians.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Multiskilled technician in Power and HVAC.

You will be based in our Midland, TX service center, reporting to the Service Center Manager. Responsibilities include managing a team of 10+ technicians, supporting safety and quality standards, maintaining a safe and operational work environment, handling purchase orders, coordinating service activities, managing electronic timesheets, and ensuring fleet availability and reliability. The role involves supporting customer needs, managing inventory, and providing reports and analysis. Willingness to travel 20-30% and be on call is required.
