Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Service Team Associate to deliver a warm, friendly guest experience. You’ll greet guests, take orders, serve food, and handle payments while maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; you’ll learn Panda’s standards, safety practices, and how to work across Front Counter, Drive Through, and Kitchen roles to support daily goals.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful team members.
• Operations experience is a plus.
• Some high school completed or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests, take orders, serve food and process payments at the register.
• Keep the store clean and presentable throughout the shift.
• Follow Panda Operations Standards and Safety Procedures to serve fresh, quality food.
• Work across Front Counter, Drive Through or Kitchen as needed and collaborate with team.
