Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is looking for a Service Team Associate to help create a warm environment for guests, greet and serve customers, and handle payments at the register.

Training is provided if you lack experience, and you will have opportunities to develop skills for career growth within our Panda Cares initiatives. You may work at Front counter, Drive Through, or Kitchen in a fast-paced setting, collaborating with teammates to meet daily goals while upholding safety and quality

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful team members
• Operations experience is a plus
• Some high school
• Food Handler certification may be required depending on local requirements, acquired at your expense

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests, serve food, and handle payments at cash register to deliver an exceptional dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
• Follow Operations Standards and Safety Procedure to serve fresh, high-quality food
• Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and possibly at Front counter, Drive Through, or Kitchen
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals in a positive environment
