Job summary

Topgolf is hiring in Chattanooga to join our playful, fast-paced team. As a Service Support Playmaker you’ll greet guests, deliver food and drinks, stock the bays, and help keep the area clean while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

We value a positive attitude, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a busy environment. Prior hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus, and we offer flexible shifts with opportunities for growth within the Topgolf family.

Responsibilities

• Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy. Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently, making sure every Player has what they need for an awesome experience
• Assist in preparing non‑alcoholic beverages, maintain clean and stocked service areas, bus bays and tables, and fold napkins to Topgolf standards
• Contribute to Topgolf and/or other Playmakers: restock stations, help on the tee line, and keep common areas clean
• Commit to Safety and Sanitation: keep the work area clean, safe and compliant
