Job summary

Topgolf in Austin seeks Service Support Playmakers to greet Players with a smile, deliver food and drinks to bays, and keep service areas stocked to Topgolf standards.

You’ll assist in beverage preparation, bus bays and tables, and help restock stations while contributing to a fast-paced, fun team environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus but not required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with guests.
• Strong focus on friendly, proactive service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy.
• Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently, ensuring players have what they need.
• Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages and maintain clean service areas.
• Bus bays and tables, fold napkins to Topgolf standards and restock stations.
• Support the team across the tee line and common areas as needed.
