Job summary

Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Centers is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead the service department, guide technicians, and ensure customer satisfaction at a Goodyear center.

You will assist the Center Manager in achieving sales and budget goals, prepare accurate estimates, process work orders and billing, manage inventory, hire and train staff, and foster a safe, productive environment with strong communication.

Qualifications

• Prior commercial tire experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Must have a valid driver\'s license and meet DOT qualifications.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Center Manager in achieving sales, units, and budgeted objectives.
• Ensure proper service estimates are delivered to the customer.
• Complete work orders, PM checklists, and other paperwork effectively.
• Process billing and protect company assets by inventory control.
• Assist Center Manager with hiring, training, and supervising associates.
• Maintain a safe, accident-free service department and environment.
• Coordinate staffing and communicate effectively within the center.
